In February of 2016, I redesigned the Maryland Gymnastics Camps website as a voluntary project in order to learn a new content management system.
The website was difficult on the eyes, alignment was slightly off, and it was missing some elements of accessibility.
The project was completed in a week.
The navigational hierarchy was already in place, so I put together a wireframe and reached out for assets to include on the page. Then, I set to work redesigning each page on the site and implementing it one page at a time to keep from interrupting the live site functionality.
The new design is cleaner and more professional with a responsive design and the same intuitive navigation that makes the site user-friendly.
